1. Agreement to Terms

Subscribers to commercial plans are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to publicly play YGEIA Fit Radio music within a licensed business environment (e.g., gyms, studios, wellness centers).

5.3 Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

7. Subscription, Payment & Refunds

7.1 Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

7.2 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7.3 Refunds

Because our Service provides immediate access to digital streaming content, all payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms;

• Misuse or unlawfully reproduce YGEIA content;

• Fail to make timely payments for paid tiers;

• Engage in any conduct that harms our brand or users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall YGEIA Fit Radio, its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification
